Regulus Cyber launches Ring ARM-V – the first C-UAS system that can be integrated into armored vehicles enabling full protection of convoys and deployed troops against drone attacks

This combat-proven system manipulates satellite signals to intercept drones and UAS, including multi-rotor, fixed-wing, swarms and dark-drones, and can be easily integrated into most vehicles in just a few weeks.

Regulus Cyber - a leading expert in software-based GPS/GNSS security - is launching the fully-operational Ring ARM-V, specifically designed and aimed at protecting armored vehicles, convoys and deployed troops from drone attacks, including multi-rotor, fixed-wing, swarms and dark-drones. With dual top protection and omni protection, it brings unmatched C-UAS capabilities to troops in any combat situation, without the need to jam or cyber-hack.

Based on the Ring C-UAS - the first combat-proven system tomanipulate satellite signals to intercept drones, UAS and swarms - the Ring ARM-V has several modes of operation: manual mode that uses a simple ‘red-button’ mechanical kill switch that enables the user to focus on their main mission GUI mode, that integrates with the vehicle's own C2 interface; or automatic mode, which integrates with Regulus Ring R1 internal RF drone detection software, or any other detection capability.

Ring ARM-V can be operated on two settings: low-power, providing about 150 meters (500 feet) of omni protection and up to 1,000 meters (3,000 feet) of top protection, for use in the tactical protection of a single or small group of vehicles; or high-power, providing up to 1,500 meters (5,000 feet)of omni protection and over 5,000 meters (15,000 feet) of top protection, for use in emergency situations or to protect larger areas.

The Ring ARM-V system made history when it was recently installed, integrated and approved in an operational armored vehicle - making it the first armored vehicle ever to include an internal C-UAS capability. Integration was quick and simple, taking less than one month to complete. Operational testing is now beginning, and the Ring ARM-V will be deployed for testing on other platforms during 2023.

“We are proud to announce the launch of the Ring ARM-V, based on the fully-operational and combat-proven Ring C-UAS which has been deployed and integrated with various systems and products,” says Yonatan Zur, CEO & Co-Founder of Regulus Cyber. “Designed together with a leading Western army to precisely meet the need to protect modern armored and tactical vehicles from C-UAS, in light of the current conflict in the Ukraine, the Ring ARM-V is based on a deep understanding of the threat to vehicles, troops, and convoys.”
